I cannot fathom the new mibba layout maker, will someone help me?

Okay, so i'm pretty desperate for a new story layout for something I'm writing but I really can't figure out how to work the new layout maker!

I was wondering if someone could explain how to get pictures in the title area, because that's my main concern at the moment!
