So i'm super excited because I just found out that Stephanie Meyer's book The Host, which is in my opinion one of the best books she has written so far, is being made into a movie.
Yayayayayayyay :D. I love that book and to me its way better than the Twilight series. I mean, don't get me wrong I love Twilight and all of its romantic vampirism but the movies ruined it for me. Those movies are the reason why some books shouldn't be adapted on the big screen. To emphasize my point, Robert Patterson as my beloved Edward made me want to switch teams but I didn't because i'm to faithful for my own good.
Anyway I hope The Host wont be like that but i'm kind of confident it want. They have Saoirse Ronan ( the girl who plays Salmon in The Lovely Bones and Hannah in the movie Hannah) playing as Melanie/Wanda and Max Iron ( the guy who plays Henry in Red Riding Hood) as Jared. I don't know the whole cast but just those two great actors has my hopes for this movie very high.
It comes out March 29, 2013 and how I wish that day will come already. What do you think? Is my happiness going to turn into dissapointment ):? Share your thoughts :D
