Posers in general suck, but when it comes to my favorite band, I just want to pull my hair out. It just makes me so mad that someone will claim to listen to a band just because its popluar and whatnot. Then they're like "omg I LOVE (insert band name) soo much! They're like the best!!!!!" Then, they know like one of their songs which is most likely the most famous they have. no. just no.
So I had this conversation earlier.
Girl: I love Pierce The Veil. they're like really awesome.
Me: Yeah, I know. They're my favorite band.
Girl: Whats your favorite song?
Me: hmm. Bulls in the bronxx and Southern Constellations. what about you?
Girl: Ummm. Caraphernolia. yeah its so good.
Me: Uh, dont you mean caraphernelia?
Girl: lol oops! I cant believe I said my favorite bands song wrong. blonde moment!
Me: Oh. so.. they're your favorite band? what other songs do you like?
Girl: um. thats a hard one. lol I want to go see them whenever they they come!
She didnt even know any other songs.. plus she said caraphernolia. I just really wish people would do them and not anyone else.
