I'm in sooo much pain!

I've been going to the gym with my friend Chloe four days out of the week for the past few weeks, and my body is finally starting to realize just how much it hurts. We go for a two mile run the three days we're not going to the gym at ungodly hours, either freakishly early in the morning or at midnight.

We do so fucking much at the gym.

- elliptical on level five (I'm lame I know!) for 30 minutes, then 15 minutes backwards
- run the treadmill for 25 minutes at an incline usually 5-15% and do a five minute cool down
- 100 ab crunches at 50 lbs, 25 at 45 lbs, 75 at 30 lbs
- a kneel-and-twist-your-stomach/abs sort of thing; 50 on each side at 45 lbs
- a back/shoulder sort of machine, 20 at 40 lbs (I'M WEAK, hate on it), 30 at 45 lbs
- 100 squats with a weight bar thing, 50 at 25 lbs and 50 at 30 lbs
- a hip/inner/outer thigh thing (two different machines), 100 at 120 lbs on both of them

And sometimes, after all that, we do an exercise with a medicine ball on the yoga mat. Mind you I'm sweating my BALLS off before we even get to the gym, while we're stretching! I used to be in such good shape when I was doing sports but I haven't done any sort of exercise for months. My body literally hates me right now.

I'm not doing this to lose weight, I'm doing it to be healthy. I'm already at a good weight, I just want to tone my body a bit more and feel better about myself. I feel like shit when I'm not doing anything, but now I feel like shit because I'm doing so much.

I used to do SO much more when I was doing sports, though. This is nothing. But I'm already starting to see results, so I can't complain that much.. It's just that I'm so lazy and don't want to do this anymore.
