One Shot Request Form

Hey everyone, if you're looking at this, you probably want a one shot, so please send me a form. And if you want a one shot with someone that isn't mentioned, please ask. I'm very flexible with my writing style. Also, be sure to read all the way through this post, there are added things you may want to be aware of to make sure your one shot is exactly the way you imagined it. Also, feel free to ask for more than one.
Rules
1. I have a right, as an author, to choose not to write you a one shot, though I will most likely write you one if you ask nicely. If I don't message you back right away, I'm busy, so don't think the worst. I do have a life. I try to message everyone.
2. If you do request a one shot, please specify if you want it to be based off a song. I can not write a songfic at work (which is where I write at night on break), so your request will be pushed aside until my day off. You can still request a songfic and it will get written, I will just need time, and you will need patience.
3. If you choose, we could exchange one shots, you write me one, I write you one.
4. I do various types; love, loss, school, friendship, and a few others, just specify which.

6. Please try to fill out the plot question. I’m very creative at times, but after 30 one shots I have to come p with on my own I’ll start repeating. If you truly have no ideas, that’s fine, but I ask that you do try. I’ve envisioned about 50 of my own scenarios, I’m sure you have one or two.
If you don’t see who the group for who you want, like Twilight, just ask. I might write it if I get inspiration.
When you message me just take the form of the group you want (listed above)and fill in everything.
Be sure to read to the bottom for additional information that you can request. If you want a song included be sure to mention that in the plot category. If you want an original one shot, but in one of the worlds, mention that somewhere on your form. Also, I like to add my own characters,please mention if you don't want me to when you request, otherwise I'll add them.
