Jumping on the bandwagon. RIP Mitch Lucker of Suicide Silence

I admit I’m not the biggest fan of SS in the entire world but I can tell you as I stepped off the bus this afternoon reading someone tweets about Mitch I stopped in my tracks as my heart sunk. Just because I don’t own SS merch or know every single one of their songs does not mean I can’t send my condolences to fellow fans or my friends that considered Mitch and idol much like many others.

It pisses me off to see some diehard SS fans tell other people like me “We’re just hopping on the bandwagon” and saying things such as we never cared about Mitch til now. Let me just say to those people, fuck you. You’re busy calling people like me out instead of comforting your friends and other fans? Now is not the time to argue. People are mourning right now there's no need for this.

Mitch will be greatly missed, he was idol to many friends, family and adoring fans. Let’s just stop fighting guys. It’s not about getting reblogs, retweets, or likes on instagram.

Rant over.

I posted this on tumblr but I as if I need to share it with you guys. I find that mibbians are so much easier to communicate with on debateable/controversial subjects such this. I've been through arguing with other fans on Twitter now I've recently discovered how crazy tumblrvgirls are they can be just as bad if not worse than the fandoms on Twitter.

I'm sure other fans of the hardcore scene that enjoy "heavy" bands totally understand what I mean.

I can feel other fans pain right now, wholeheartedly. If Alex Koehler (my favorite deathcore vocalist) died, I wouldn't be able to move. I'd just cry for ever. Like some girl said on Twitter, Band guys aren't supposed to die! Honestly, I'd probably miss him more than certain dead relatives. Dealing with loss is hard especially when that person was someone you looked up too.

I don't know how wrap this up but I'm not sure anyone else would like to discuss these topics further feel free to comment or message me.
