Vicki Soto first grade teacher at Sandy Hook Elementarty

Vicki Soto, 27 was a first grade teacher at Sandy Hook Elementarty in Newtown, CT.
On Friday the 14th, when she heard the first gunshots, she managed to hide all of her first grade students in cabinets and closets in the classroon. When the gunman came to her classroom, she told him that all of her children were at the school gym, after which he killed her. Many more children could have died during the Sandy Hook massacre.
Thanks to Victoria Soto, a lot more children got to see another day

This girl died a true hero. Also, there is a petition to award her the Medal of Freedom. I ask everyone to sign it and make sure this amazing girl forever gets the recognition she deserves for her selfless act.
