Awww! Someone give me a hug please!

Okay so heres the deal. I havent had my iPod for three days going on four. Why? Well, the stupid thing says it needs to be "Reformatted" Aka erase everything and start like it's out of the box. Okay, so my connection timed out so I kept trying. Friday I was out all day and when I got back I fell asleep. Today i've been trying since early hours and well...I deleted my entire iTunes program in the process. Yeah. So NOW I have to reinstall THAT and yes, my connection has been timing out on that too. I'm SOOO effing frustrated! It's deleted ALL of my music since iTunes isn't on my computer anymore all I have are my cds. Which arn't bad. I mean...it's all My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy but what about my singles? My stuff I bought off iTunes. Yeah Gone. All gone. This sucks sooo bad! I'm a nice person. Why is this happening to me?
*Cries* I need a hug. Please?
