I need a permanent story layout maker

I still can't get the hang of making layouts so I am stuck asking for help. I currently need layout for at least three story layouts. I will give you an idea for each if that's okay. If you want to make a banner for them as well.

Filthy Little Whore ft. Ricky 'Horror' Olson
Color scheme: black and (dark) purple.
Banner: Picture of Ricky(doesn't matter which one) with the title of the story.

Nothing Last Forever ft. Matteo Botticini
Color scheme: black and orange.
Banner: Picture of Matteo with the title of the story.

Somewhere In Neverland ft. Alex Gaskarth
Color scheme: black and blue.
Banner: Picture of Alex with the title of the story.

If you can make me these layouts then I'll recommend one of your stories or something. I really need the Ricky 'Horror' Olson one done. Just message me if you are willing to do this for me. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
