Be prepared! Request sheet coming in January for drawing requests!

Hi! A few months back I posted out that I would be taking drawing requests. I will be doing the same the middle of next month. I will have a form though this time to fill out. It will help me in not having to ask you so many questions. With it I can start right away on the picture instead of waiting however long it takes for you and I to settle on things. :) I had a very good turn out back this last time. I had 21 requests! That's the most ever!
I also want you to be aware that I have four other places I get requests from when I do this, so I do ask that you be patient with me when I take on your request. I do try to finish them as fast as I can, but there's life around me and so sometimes I can't start right away, but I will get it done no matter what. If you do wish for me to take on a request from you after reading this, please comment that you are interested so that when I post the form I can send you a link to the entry and you can post your request there.
