Okay, so as you may know, I am in Culinary School and it's a 1 year program. It's half hands on, half book work. There is usually a project a course (courses are 5 weeks. Examples of courses: Classical and Contemporary Cakes, Chocolate, Sugar, Bread) and it's due a few classes before the last one.
Chef Micki, I love her, she's great, but ahhhhhhh! I've done so well until this. I am going crazy. There were 2 projects, a Wedding Cake Catalog/Brochure and an Essay. The night I had to do the Essay, I also had a take home quiz. Now, tonight, I have another Essay to write, another quiz to do and fucking finals are in 8 hours. not to mention, I have a wedding cake (Styrofoam) to finish. Fuck. That is my practical (hands on final, yeah, we get 2 finals per class)
Now, I need to go write about gumpaste and fondant. -_- At least it's not the fucking petite four essay, that was bullshit, 4 notable points that NO ONE could find. Took me 5 days to bullshit it enough. Haha
