Feel the Fitness

So today I began my new fitness regime properly... First morning run! And it feels so good :) Really wakes you up in the morning! Really proud of myself as managed to run for 20 minutes straight today with only walking to cross roads etc...I think I do prefer outside running to running on a treadmill but I do also enjoy going to the gym- it's good to mix it up and keep the exercise varied. I may not be able to do this every morning but I am going to try when I can.

Well now off for a shower cos running does excrete a non too pleasant smell.
