Divergence

So yes I went to see the amazing Divergent with my four epic friends and I have to say, all in all, it was decent.

I'm not saying it was perfect...

Nor am I saying it was absolute nonsense.

But it was decent at least :)

This blog isn't really about spoilers or useless babble about whether I loved or hated it (in between for me) but it is mainly about my personal interpretation of the factions.

These interpretations will include two bad points and two good for each of the five factions and of course, you don't have to agree.

First faction- Dauntless...

Strong and Fierce.

Threatening and Violent. (Stereotypically)

Second faction- Amity...

Peaceful and joyous.

Work and Tiresome. (Amity bread makes you VERY active).

Third faction- Abnegation...

Kind and Helpful.

Stereotypical pushover and easy target.

Fourth faction- Candor...

Truthful and fair.

Hurtful and rude.

Fifth faction- Erudite. (Not Eriadite).

Intelligent and organised.

Jeanine and Ignorance.

And I think I might just add a sixth one to carry this blog on a bit.

DIVERGENT!

My interpretation-

DIVERGENT DOESN'T MEAN TO BE SEPARATED FROM ALL FEAR AND PAIN. DIVERGENT DOES NOT MEAN TO BE BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE. DIVERGENT DOESN'T MEAN CHANGING YOURSELF TO FIT THE RULES.

DIVERGENT IS FREEDOM.

WHETHER YOU HAVE A FEAR OF HEIGHTS OR NOT.

YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO JUMP.

WHETHER YOU FEAR INSECTS OR NOT.

YOU NEVER HAVE TO FACE THEM UNLESS YOU WISH TO.

DIVERGENT IS YOU.

NOTHING ELSE BUT THE TRUTH.

DIVERGENT IS STRENGTH.

IT'S PURITY AND BEAUTY.

DIVERGENT IS IN US ALL.

DIVERGENT IS PEACE.

NEVER IGNORANCE...
