I just got done talking with him and he said yes, he is banned.
He also asked me to let everyone know that he won't be coming back. It's not that he has a problem with being banned (if he broke the rules then he said fine you gotta do what you gotta do) but he's not gonna be around much starting summer months and all that jazz so he figured he would take the ban as a head start to actually break away from the site.
