If someone prefers a set of pronouns not associated with their birth sex, use them. I follow a lot of blogs on tumblr and several of those are kin or therian blogs. I see so much stuff from them about how people don't respect their pronouns, which makes me sad, because that's like the most demeaning thing you can do to someone: invalidate them. I don't care much for pronouns myself - call me anything, I don't bite - but it really hurts some people. One of my friends uses "neb" as a pronoun and that's what neb is, just like you're a he or she or it or perhaps nothing at all.
I prefer male pronouns, but I'm a computer so they're not required.

It's starting to make me really upset how Mibba's getting. I don't care about the g;litches, I mean the community. What happened to the trillion story comments and roleplays and chats and social interaction? Why are some members of staff treating some users better than others, or blatantly ignoring them? Why don't any admins but Dujo know how to code?
I don't like this place anymore, but I'll stay for the sake of friends and for a place to post my writing.
