I Made It! And I Already Need Help... So Help?

I made my blog and Facebook page! Oh yeah, and it only took...three hours to get it almost right.

While trying to create my menus and stuff, I kind of added something/named something I didn't want to name...

But first I have to tell you that The Power of Love from Sailor Moon came on. I used to love this song, though it's super cheesy.

My problem is where it says "Review Policy" on the right side at the top. I was messing around trying to figure out the menus and pages and everything, but I can't figure out how to get rid of that.

Help...
