Missing Person

I'm not sure how well any of you may be able to help, but we are all very desperate to find her. I've known Joan since she and her older sister moved here from Georgia. Over that past 6+ years, I've watched her rise and fall. She is in a dark place right now and is scared because she has made some bad choices.

She has blonde hair with faded red tips, blue/green eyes (one of them has a 1/4 section that is hazel), 15 years old, 5'4", 125lbs, wearing a black shirt reading "Puento Spirit" and purple/black skinny jeans.
I'm sharing this on every account I have to try and help spread word that she's missing, so some may get multiple shares on accounts due to that.
Please help!!!
