Scared.

Guys I'm really scared I don't know what to do like I got home from work and my mom called me to come do laundry, which I did, but she seemed upset so I went back down only to see her stomp out the front door and drive away. My dad won't talk to me and I'm having a fucking panic attack and fuck I just don't know what to do I feel like I'm choking oh god
I'm sorry for ranting I just feel really scared and my best friend won't answer her goddamn phone and my therapist isn't picking up either
