Day Two: Nicknames

Eh, nicknames. Nicknames can be dreadful, but also terrific. I've had plenty of nicknames throughout these seventeen years. Some bad, some good. I like nicknames, especially since my name is so common.

My first nickname ever was given to me by my parents. They used to - and sometimes till do - call me Buger Tee. Do not ask me why, because I literally have no clue. It's just kind of stuck with me throughout the years.

Madi is a dead given, considering my name is Madison. Teachers have always spelled this wrong, which gets on my nerves, but I have learned to live with it. Even some of my friends still do. Luckly, most of my family knows how to spell it. It's reall awkward at Christmas because my grandmother still has no idea how to spell it. I still love her though.

For the past couple years, a lot of people have started calling me Mads. I think it's cute, honestly. I really like that nickname. I wish more people would call me it. Mads is probably another typical Madison nickname, but oh well.

Madders is one of the weird-ish ones. My mom is really the only one who calls me it, usually adding on ‘of Fact’. Like Madders of Fact. I think it’s clever, truly. She’s so creative. Haha. My dad calls me Messy Madi, which is based off of Messy Marvin from the old Nestle commercial.

On to my older sister. She calls me Mason. I guess it’s like a boy nickname for me? But I respond to it. My younger sister has a couple of nicknames for me, which includes: Mirdyful (Like beautiful, but Mirdy tacked to the front), Mirds, Mirdy, Batsy, Mirdyson, and there are definitely more, but none that I can think of at the moment.

I’m pretty sure that is all of my nicknames. I may have more, but I can’t remember all of them.
