sad book....it's called Shame.
it's about a pakistani girl living in england, and her parents are abusive and try to force her into a marriage to a guy who's about 10 years older than her. and she had never met him before...she refused, so she ran away, and her parents disowned her.
her sister refused an arranged marriage as well, so they drugged her, and she woke up in pakistan.
And another girl ran away, but her family found her and her cousin and brother murdered her, and made her two younger sisters watch, so they would know not run away as well...
how can people do that to their own families?

anyway, on a happier note....England just played Austrailia (rugby, btw)...and ENGLAND WON!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! I AM DANCING LIKE A MAD THING!!!!!
it was a bloody vicious match, though - there was one guy who was bleeding from the head! did anyone else watch it?
