As I said the other day, I planned on writing a book. Well, I've got the idea, in my head. Now I don't know what to do with it. I have NO idea on how to develop characters, or how to get my plot down in an organized manner and out of my head so it makes sense when I go back to it, I've certainly got no idea how to plan ahead so that I don't end up getting stuck and giving up... I just need some help with any of these areas and I'm hoping that someone out there who reads this has some good tips because I'm 99% sure I've only ever finished like two stories and that bums me out, mostly because of the fact that I plan nothing out and I get stuck and lose steam and just stop like the little train that couldn't.
Any help is much appreciated, even if it's totally something I should already know and sounds like it's common sense, go ahead and shove it down my throat lol. I need some of that.
