Spam Profile Alert!

So today when logging on, I've got alerts for messages and stuff. Ok cool. I get this random message from someone who isn't friends with me. Me giving it the benefit of the doubt, I open it (hopefully that doesn't mess up my account) and it's a link to a porn site. I try and try and try to report this and nothing happens. I go to the fake profile and try to report it from there and it tells me I can't report the profile and to try again by contacting a moderator. Like, that's what I was trying to do in the first place!

So yeah, Idon't know. Like I said I hope it doesn't mess up my account on here for unknowingly opening the message. Below are screenshots of the profile name and the message that follows.
