CANCER
I just spent the past half an hour crying after listening to the song cancer by My Chemical Romance because the reality of my grandmother having cancer just hit me... thinking about if she died. then i thought about my conversation with her today... she said the chemo was making herhair fall out and she couldnt live without the pain pills because the chemo was hurting her so badly. To think that this disease that came from large tumors in the breasts is now slowly killing my grandmother. i think that if she died my soul would die with her. So as you read these lyrics of "Cancer" (below) think about how you would feel if this were hapening to you or one of your family members. I put in parenthesis throughout the song what the meaning of that verse meant to me.

(he knows that he is dying so he is getting ready for his death)

(the chemo is making his hair fall out and it is making him look horible, he does not want anyone to see him like that, he is saying goodbye because he knows he only has a little longer living)

Now also imagine if this were hapening to you. This is a very intense song by My Chemical Romance and it means alot to me. It s featured in the "Black Parade" album and i recomend the CD to any one. I recently baught the CD and here are some of the other songs on it:
