Happy Mibbanniversairy To Me.

Yeah. One Year Today.

And I'm commemorating this event with this journal...

I joined a year ago because my friend Sruti encouraged me to. I had stories on old GSB, but nothing overly special. Eyeliner tears, my first story, was just a repost from GSB, yet people liked it, so I kind of went along with it.

After this Mighty Boosh stories were posted [now deleted]. Then I had a lapse, lasting a few months where I neither wrote nor really read anything, in which time I discovered Elliot Minor and then my Mibba story-ness took off.

I began creating [14 to date…I think] Elliot Minor stories, with the odd break to write Harry Cotter. Since writing HC & constant 15 or so part Mibba stories based on EM, I’ve been here daily and made a few new friends on the way, like Lottie.

But do you want to know something? I hated Mibba at first, it kind of annoyed me, mainly because change is not something I like particularly much, but really, you guys grew on me, like a fungi.

So after one year what do I want to say? There’s so many people I want to thank: Maria, Steph, Lottie, Harley, Amanda, Lizzie, Becky, Sophie; everyone out there who has helped me in some form. The readers, commenters, subscribers, advisors, editors, moderators and everyone else who’s just been there to make this an awesome year. Where would Mibba be without these people?

Special mention to Steph & Lottie who have encouraged me and inspired me within my stories. These two are some of the single most amazing people you could ever meet in your life.

But what can you expect from my second Mibba year? Well, hopefully my Elliot Minor obsession will cool a bit allowing me to explore more aspects of my storiesnot effing likely, but if not, there’s so many things I can look into to keep me happy enough.
