MY DOG HAS SCABS ON HER FACE!! HELLP PLEASE!!

AHH!!!
i just got home from school, and my dog came towards me.
she jumped on me and stuff, and i looked and saw some...like, bright red stuff on her snout.
what the fuck is it?!
omg!
i am freaking out!!
i don't know what the hell i'm supposed to do!!
my dud and mum told me that i should clean it with alcohal and stuff.
idk if i should, because idk what the hell it is?!?!!
omg....please help!!
i'm going insane!

the scabs look very fresh because i dud said that they saw it this morning.
they think that puppy went and got into a fight, but they're not gashes.
they're in the shape of a circle and look bright red.
