It was kind of a crappy book up until Ch 15... then it started getting good. =]
Well, now that that's over... I now have to get cracking and write a good essay on the damned book which must be done by tomorrow. -_-;; I can do it, I know... but I surely wish I could waste my time in more pleasurable ways than writing essays, but such is life.
So, here are a couple quotes from the book...
- N. Hawthorne:
- "Let men tremble to win the hand of a woman, unless they win along with it the utmost passion of her heart!"
^_^ Kinda cute, right? I thought so.
- N. Hawthorne:
- "Love, whether newly born, or aroused from a deathlike slumber, must always create a sunshine, filling the heart so full of radiance, that it overflows upon the outward world."
Well, I'm off to write an essay... wish me luck. =P
