well, this is portuguese comedy crew called "gato fedorento" wich in english means "stinky cat"... they're great...

the one playing sargeant in the first one, is my favourite

he's called Ricardo Araujo Pereira and is considered the funniest guy in portugal and one of the most amazing portugueses personalities of all time
