Flip Flops at concerts?

Hell no. If you like your toes, I'd suggest against it. And I also tried it recently. Really bad idea. Half an hour into the concert, I ended up going barefoot. Cause they broke from people stepping on them from behind. And walking barefoot at a concert isn't as fun as it sounds. Cigarette stubs. Broken beer bottles. Dirt. Bottle caps right side up. And just weird things on the floor that you don't wanna step on. Also people stepping on your toes. I went with a pedicure, and I left with dirt and scratches and bruises and blood. Horrible, horrible idea. I'd suggest against it.

^ Agreed, my friends have lost their shoes all together, as in they fell off while jumping and they enver saw them again. A moshpit is like a black hole. I've had things come out of my pockets and never saw 'em again. Flip flops at concerts is such a no no.

I wore sandals to Warped Tour last year because I was a concert n00b.
It took me fifteen minutes to walk across a twenty foot parking lot by the end of the day.
My feet were in extreme pain for three days after that.

It's kind of common sense not to do that. Unless it's a fucking… stadium show or something. Amphitheater. One with seats.

I know what would happen to me is I'd be jumping up and down, and one of my flip flops would come off and be lost forever. And then I'd have to stand on the sticky floor.
Not to mention my feet would get crushed. That happens with or without flip flops, though :file:

My friend wore flip-flops to a Senses Fail concert. Once the mosh started one of her flip-flops came off and we couldn't find it! I had no pity, however because you don't wear that stuff to a concert, especially to a filthy place!

Depends on the concert. Not every concert I go to involves a moshpit.

I usually just wear shoes that don't fall off my feet that easy and are hella comfortable, like my Vans. :cute:
