What piece of jewelry do you HAVE to wear every day?

A silver heart necklace my ex got me. It's my favourire piece of jewelry and I wore it every day for the 2 years we were dating so I feel naked whenever I take it off.

Earrings - I have 2 sets of earrings my brother got me for when I graduated from my first degree and it's just one of the nicest things he's ever bought me, so I wear them all the time in my lobes. Aside from that, I've got a little diamond earring in my ear cartilage piercing and a tiny black hoop in my nose piercing. Oh, and my Apple Watch if that counts as jewellery but it's more for health reasons than anything.
