"I know," Zacky said. "But I still feel bad."

Vanessa smiled against his lips and pulled away, looking up at him. "Come on, let's go," she said.

"Don't," Johnny snapped. "I don't need you pitying me."

"You know I mean it when I say I love you right." Matt questioned.

Zacky slowly nodded his head. He sat down, looking down awkwardly.

Vanessa looked at him and nodded her head. "I believe you," she murmured.

"Maybe you should go home," he mumbled.

Matt smiled and gave her a peck on the lips.

Zacky looked at him and slowly nodded. "Call me if you need anything," he said, getting up and leaving.

Vanessa smiled and climbed into the car, buckling her seatbelt.

"Alright," Johnny smiled.

"So what did you two talk about?"

Zacky left, walking home.

"We talked about her dream and stuff," Vanessa said. "She really just wants to forget it."

Johnny went upstairs and showered.

"It must have been really bad," he mumbled.

Zacky pulled his phone out and texted Artemis. We need to talk.

"She said that she had twins with Zack and she found out he was the second killer and we all died and you two were the only survivors, so you moved away together," Vanessa said.

Artemis picked up her phone frowning when she saw the text from
Zack. I'm still in the hospital. Johnny tried to poison me with something when we were at camp.

"That is pretty fucked up," he mumbled.

Zacky frowned deeply. I'll be there soon. He put his phone away and quickly climbed into his car, driving to the hospital.

Vanessa nodded. "It is," she mumbled.

Artemis set her phone down after she read Zack's reply, unsure if how do feel around him still.

"Did she seem okay besides that?"

Zacky got to the hospital and walked in, asking what room Artemis was in. He walked to the room and slipped in, shutting the door behind himself. He looked at her and frowned deeply. "Jesus, I'm so sorry this happened," he said as he walked over.

"Yeah, she seemed okay," Vanessa mumbled. "You know, other than the fact that someone we thought was our friend tried to kill her. I just can't believe Johnny would do that. I always thought of him as a little brother."

"It's not your fault."

"Johnny has issues," Matt mumbled. "So what he did surprises me but at the same time it doesn't."

"It is my fault," Zacky said. "All of this is."

Vanessa frowned. "Did you ever think he would do something like this?" she asked.

"Why," she asked.

"Honestly no," he admitted.

"Because if it wasn't for me, Johnny wouldn't have hurt you," Zacky said. "He did it because of me."

Vanessa nodded. "I didn't either," she said. "He seemed like such a sweetheart."

"He makes his own choices Zack," Artemis stated. "Just like everyone else does."

"His parents must have fucked him up big time this time."

"He hurt you to get to me," Zacky said. He sighed, rubbing his face. "I told him I would break up with you if he would leave you alone."

Vanessa frowned deeply and nodded her head. "I feel so bad for him," she said.

Artemis frowned as Zack spoke. "Then why are you here," she snapped. "To tell me you're fucking him to protect me?"
