Luna frowned, "Its not whatever Ricky. What if he would have killed you." She said as she watched him. Luna bit her bottom lip lightly as she ran her fingers over his arm. "Why would you even fight him?" She asked. She was worried about him now.

“It’s whatever because he won’t kill me. What’s he gonna do with a murder charge, Luna?” Ricky said and frowned. “He’s a piece of shit but he’s not a killer.” He said stubbornly. Deep down Ricky loved his father. He couldn’t not love him, he was the only family besides Mick he had left. “He says he hates my mother but I know that’s not it. It tears him apart that she left. He still loves her.” He sighed and looked over at her. “I dunno, was annoyed and didn’t wanna deal with his shit anymore I guess.”

Luna frowned, "I just worried Ricky. I don't want something to happen to you." She said as she laid next to him. Luna wished his mom would have taken him too when she left. She ran her fingers through her hair. She knew he would never leave his dad.
