I don't like the name Niamh. It's pronounced "neev". I just don't take a liking to it.
    Also, Henrietta or Bernadette...:shifty
My cousin is called Niamh, and I quite like it. :shifty
I agree with you on the other names though.

Anything celestial like 'Star' or 'Sun', I would never call my kids.

I have a friend that wants to name her first child Sputnik, regardless of the gender.

I also heard that people come up with the worst names for twins. Like some Australian called he's Fish and Chip. People have a tendancy to name them in theme (e.g. Pearl and Ruby) or to give them similar sounding names, which makes it difficult for them to learn their names.

There was this girl in my primary school class called Thorrun. Seriously? What the hell? Also, I have a real dislike of Bernard. That was my uncle's name. My Great-Grandad liked to play with words and called my Granny Winefried... As in Winifred, but spelt weird.

    :cheese:
Zachary is one of my favourite names ever.
But I don't like it when it's shortened to Zack/h.

I know a girl who wants to give her kids really stupid names like Waterfall and Bambi. :|

My friend Jas' middle name is Sunshine, and her two sisters are Saffron Rainbow and Lily Lightning..
I don't think they're too bad because it's middle names, and I kind of just wanted to tell people.:XD
