And I know what you mean, man. My middle school was similar, maybe even exactly, like that. Except, most of my teachers couldn't stand me. Some tried to change me. (Look how THAT turned out. XP) And my school is poor; it was a D- in my last year. So the kids were a bunch of ghetto-wannabe idiots that lived in the suburbs. HAH! Me and me bestie were the only scene, emo, punk, gothic, WHATEVER THE FUCK THEY CALLED US (!) kids. XP Good times, good times.
So many threats to fight me just because they don't like how I looked... or acted... or cussed at them. But hey, it never happens. So I'm good. ^_^b

What I learned : middle-schoolers think they're the shit.
