My ipod was taken away last week after it went wrong.it wouldnt turn on or off. my computer didnt even recognise it.i was sad.so i called the good people at apple, and they sent a man in a van to collect it.Yay.after a whole week of waiting the man in the van came back and he gave me my ipod!they had fixed it, and its now working as good as new ;Di dont know what i would have done if they couldnt...
