I've been like that, its like mood swings (i think) one minute you are find next you hate the world...

everytime i had have the urge to cut, i usually start spinning in circles or start a one person mosh pit... with of coarse loud music, that would piss off anyone over the age of 35, or a very cranky neighnor. totally fun and a great workout.
