and to make a sign, you just save a picture to your computer (such as a picture of one of the guys) and then you can open it in paint, or there is a free program that you can get that's called Photofiltre, and once you open the picture in one of those programs, you can add text or just about any other decoration that you want to it. Then when you're done, and you want to send it, you just save the new picture, you can upload it to a site like photobucket or tinypic.
I'm sorry if this wasn't very clear instructions, but if you need any more help/have any more questions, let me know :)
