Thanks for letting me post this here!
My name is Kristina Pritchett and I am a 23-year-old from New Jersey. I currently work for a daily newspaper where I am a town reporter. I also work on the copy desk where I design the paper's pages and read the stories that go onto the pages.
I love reading and writing outside of work, I always have. I took some creative writing classes when I was in college, and have been writing on Mibba for a few years. I have also read a ton of stories and took part in the comment swap a few times.
I've put the questions below, and look forward to hearing from you.

1. Why are you interested in joining Mibba's staff?
I'm interested in joining the staff because I love to read, the write, and to help people. If I am brought onto the staff I am able to do all three passions.

2. Have you ever applied for staff prior to now? If so, when and for what position?
I have never applied for a position before.

3. Why did you choose the position you are applying for?
I chose the Beta Reader because I kind of do this now at work. I have to read stories and I make them better, because no one wants to read unedited work. Writers also need encouragement from other writers, and I love to do that.

4. Where can you find the rules of the section you are applying for?

5. What would you do if a Mibbian responded negatively to you when you were performing your staff duties?
Well, while in college I was Editor-in-Chief of the university newspaper, so I am used to having these situations occur. I am a very patient person so I would work with the person and try to come to an understanding. If, it needs to, go to an administrator, then I will contact them.

6. How often are you on Mibba?
I am on Mibba pretty much every day.

7. Have you ever been banned from Mibba?
No I have not, I'd cry.

8. Properly capitalize the following titles:
- run away soldier -- Run Away Soldier
- waiting on forever -- Waiting on Forever
- running out of time -- Running out of Time
- what are you waiting for? -- What Are You Waiting for?

Hey Katie! Ok so...maybe its just that people aren't on here much anymore which is totally ffine but I've dramatically lost readers and subscribers over the past few months. Is there something I can do to like maybe advertise my stories or something? I really need the feedback because I'm starting to feel like a bad writer since no one is reading.
