I'm pretty antisocial too. It's just always when I do happen to venture out I see a lot. Or hear about it the next day because I usually don't like to hang around at parties past 11

Hey, thanks for the comment on Bright Lights! :) I try to update about once a week, though it's been a bit difficult recently with my exams and stuff but yeah, the next chapter isn't too far away ;)

If your parents are having trouble accepting and believing it, it may be beneficial to try and sit them down every now and then and continuously explain to them that it's not a phase. Some parents do come around with time, patience, and understanding. And others can never learn to accept it. It can only be hoped that your parents would be the former and will come around to accept it if you talk it out with them enough.
