Let me tell you a story.
A story about all of us. You need to see that just 'cause me, Mars, Jinna, and Chance have all found someone, doesn't mean that it was easy.
Take Jin for example.
Last year, she was in an abusive relationship.
Really abusive.
She would get slapped around even if she did whatever her boyfriend told her to.
She did stupid things, and stressed herself out.
After 3 months, dating him, she was fully convinced that no one else could ever lover her. She though he was 'fixing' her.
Then Chance found out about it, and kicked the guys ass to hell.
She's still kind of messed up, though.
She hates her eyes, she can't stang red SUVs, because he drove one, hell, she can't even have people ruffle her hair anymore.
Now she's incredibly happy with Chance, but she didn't just GET him. She went through hell first.

Me? Last year, I practically whored myself out to any guy with legs.
I was almost ALWAYS high, or drunk, and I didn't even bother with school.
I was wasted all the time, letting guys take complete advantage of me, because I thought that sex was love.
I couldn't see a difference.
I thought no one could ever love me, and that at least sex made me feel wanted.
I took it rough.
I wasn't there for Jinna when she needed me, and it was impossible for her to be there for me.
She had Chance, when her boyfriend wasn't around, they were friends.
I had no one.
It took until this summer, for Jinna and Chance to sit me down.
They sat me down in a room, where I was pretty much alone, for half of August, and changed my phone number.
They pretty much erased my whole life.
And then Mars came into the picture.
I didn't just get Mars.

You find it hard now.
I did.
Jinna did.
Hell, Mars screwed practically every girl at his old school.
Chance didn't talk to anyone, really.
You'll get there, though.
One girl can't change that.

So...buck up.
Positivity is good.
Look at ME now. I'm fine. ...More or less. ;]

Just because a band has one good song doesn't mean all their other songs are good.
Another thing I hate is when someone listens to a band just because of how the members look >.<

I know, same here.
But at the same time I'm kinda glad.
Because then they don't get overrated or whatnot.
I'm kinda sad that Owl City got so big.
I've been listening to him for like, two years, and his songs are amazing.
People only listen to his newest album though, and off of that they really only listen to Fireflies.
Granted, that song is amazing, but he has a BUNCH of other songs, too.
It just makes me angry when someone says that they love a band and they only know one song by that band.

Right?!
People don't know good music when they hear it.
They think good music is the crap they hear on the radio.
When it's actually the complete opposite.
The music that's not played on the radio is usually the best music there is.
Which is why most of my music that I listen to is stuff that people haven't really heard of.

That is definitely true :]
There's just too many good bands and artists out there.
Not that I'm complaining or anything xD
