it frustrates me when random people comment you telling you to check out their stories or whatever, so i really dont want to come across like that.

well good luck with your stories :) i know exactly what that feels like. i'm restraining from entering any contests until i finally finish my stories i've still got going... i've been working on them for years XD can't wait to finish them.
and the contests are open for you if you decide you'd like to give it a go :)
