I started this thing... It will have multiple authors and people write down one regret and one wish. I know that someone is already doing that, but they don't have a wish. I think wishes are IMPORTANT. They give hope. No matter how bad your situation is, hope usually makes it better. It might not pull you out of the slump your in, but it will help, and give you initiative to pull yourself...
