Opinions..?

So, I noticed that my sister and I have sort of gotten ourselves stuck in one category. One VERY narrow category. (Gaara/Naruto fanfiction.) Not to say there's anything wrong with that. I love the questions and requests! :D They make me feel useful. Anyway, this section of the Guide will be covering "double verbs". At first, I was confused by this term, but basically it's just "started eating" and the like.So, to explain: it's one verb and a "helping" or "auxiliary" verb combined into a "verb phrase".
