and ya goldie i feel that way 2 sometimes, i had 2 write 4 flippin poems about the cutting untill i calmed down a bit, but when i finished i noticed that taking the time to finish writing them gave my mind something to focus on untill the urge subsided.

thanks for the comment, i actually wrote that poem while i was sitting in my room alone. i guess if i wrote it out i wouldnt get over the feeling of wanting to cut, but i guess i stopped writing it half way through and did cut myself, sometimes writing cant even help i guess.
