repairing the roof is going to cost £2,000. but we've managed to convince the insurance company that Louise was just walking in her room and heard like a creak and then she stepped back and the floor just fell away. they believed us. they're paying up but they're getting pissed with us cos we're always claiming for stuff

Bobby and Ben decided to play Tarzan.
They tied a rope to the pipe on the ceiling and then climbed to the very top of the stair (two floors up) thenthey held onto the rope and jumped off, seeing if the could make it all the way to the other side of the living room. The Pipe couldn't support them, it snapped and they plummeted to the floor, with a load of plaster and ceiling and pipe landing smack on top of them.
They're just bruised with no sereious damage unfortunately. But they have to pay for the roof to be repaired and meanwhile, Louise has to share Emily nad Ridley's room, because her room was above the pipe that they destroyed so there's a gaping hole in the floor of her bedroom. Neither Ridley, Emily or Louise are very happy
