Hmmm, I have about half of a chapter typed already (maybe 800 words or so) I'm hoping it'll be soon, probably before the end of the week.

Well, in everyone's defense, only Mike and Carter truly understand the whole story and let's be honest, guys aren't the most intuitive creatures. And they certainly aren't mind readers. In my experience, you really have to spell it out for them. However, I can guarantee she will be taken care of and Mike will redeem himself. :)
