Yeah, super hard, lol. I do fine for awhile, like one time was losing 2-5lbs a week, then lost motivation. Mainly, I just need to regulate a simple regimine, because I don't overeat or splurge/binge. I'm just always on my toosh doing some kind of research or bumming around. Yeah, ruined my metabolism when I was young because of the medication I had to take, but I started drinking green tea which helps boost metabolism back up, right?
I'm not really sportsy now but I used to love playing volleyball, and I was on the swim team for the longest time until I had to quit because of seizures. I tried picking up tennis last year, but my cousin wasn't as into as I was, lol.
