I've never really been into the whole
wrestling scene. I'm too squeamish
for fights, unfortunately. And all the
sweat grosses me out (I know, girly
enough?).

My friend, karate is not that hard.
Learn to be quick on your feet and know your opponent's next move and you're pretty much set.
Although is does take a lot of focus and determination.
You can not just simply quit.
