Yeah, it's true I'm sharing my experience with random strangers but really I think it's my readers who know me the best :3
Haha, awe, thanks and yeah, it does help. Generally I write each chapter about a single aspect of my eating disorder but in reality all of these topics are happening with my mind at the same time. So writing really helps me focus in on one problem and maybe help in fixing it or just simply becoming more aware of it c:
