*clears throat* Hello. This announcement has been given to you because, well, I have found your story. Book One: The Darkest Night and really really like it. I randomly stumbled upon your story when I was searching for something to read. Currently all of my other subscriptions were not updating and I was bored. I scrolled through story titles upon story titles and then...hmmm clicked upon yours. I soon found myself on chapter 12 and realized that it was your lasted update. And may I say, wow. Well done, although Vampire and Werewolf stories are a very very very very....well you get my point, very common story theme since Twilight erupted, I still find it enjoyable to read them. And so far I really like your story. OK now that, that is through with. Sorry that this is really long. But if you take the time to read this I think it may help you out a big. = ) My name is Corri. HI! I'm an avid writer and reader myself and I just have feeew suggestions to make your story EVEN better than it already is.
1. Proofread. I know everyone hates that word! I hate it to! But honestly, it really does help. Go back and read over your chapter right before you post it. You will be surprised at the small simple typo's and errors you will come across. And by fixing those your story will be easier to read. = )
2. I would suggest double spacing. Here on mibba the story layout is a bit wacky. To make it easier for the readers to read your story, double space between your paragraphs. That way the reader doesnt lose their spot so easily. (Trust me, i'm one of the readers)
3. I would use some sort of bridge when you switch between characters, jump through time a little bit, etc. For example, there is this one part in your story when Varek is going to 'Brazil', just before he was talking to Markus, to switch from that scene to the next use something like, ~ ~ ~ ~ ~, or _-__-_-_ something, just so the readers know that its switching scenes, almost like in a movie.
4. When you have memories or flashbacks, or even personal thoughts. Use italics, that way its easier for the readers to tell the difference between the mood and tone in the story.

I know I this is really long, but I really Love your story, and i think by doing these simple things, it will make it EVEN better. If you want, i would even read over your chapters for you before you posted them. Anyways, I also made you this banner, so enjoy it and I hope the criticism helped! Feel free to chat with me.

thanks so much for the comment on A Pirate Story. THe Captain is Harry. Well, his father is kinda the captain, but he's getting old. so Harry is pretty much the captain. thaaaanks again. i'll update as soon as possible. ;]
