it's probably because I'm dumb, but I have no idea what alacrity is.
I think if you changed the title of the poem to something more people were intrigued by, you'd get more readers & comments.
Other than the cryptic title (or just my cluelessness!)
I like this and the subjects of it. It really makes me think about the times when I've done the same thing.
